The European Network of Quitlines Annual Conference was held at Hotel Yasmin in Prague. The two day event commenced on Monday the 26th October 2009, with Kawaldip Sehmi (QUIT, UK) opening proceedings.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for delegates to meet representatives from Quitlines around Europe, to share ideas and methods of best practice.
The varied agenda included presentations on developments in the research arena, current legislation and budget film making, to name a few.
After the main conference was completed a fundraising session with 10 countries from Central and Eastern European countries was conducted by Glyn McIntosh (QUIT, UK) and Clare Wilcox (QUIT, UK) their presentation can be downloaded here. The slides for this session are also available below.
